We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions on how to send your item. Please note that return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@hanamuse.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of being placed. After this time, production may have already started, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
