At HanaMuse, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.


Processing & Production Time
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping. This timeframe may vary depending on product type, order volume, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order has been produced, shipping times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.


Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High-demand periods (such as holidays)


Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier.


Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@hanamuse.com with photos of the issue. We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 4 hours of being placed. After this period, production may have already started and changes will not be possible.
